Quality Policy

As SOLİS FUARCILIK VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş.,  our quality policy is to operate within the framework of commitments, with the priority of providing the highest quality service to all participants and visitors of Solis Fairs, and to implement the following core principles as a shared responsibility for everyone.

  • To ensure the effective use of a quality management system in compliance with international standards and legal requirements, in line with Solis Fair’s goals and objectives.

  • To facilitate continuous development by providing opportunities for the individual growth of our employees through continuous training, ensuring everyone’s participation in our ongoing progress.

  • To be in the pursuit of “excellence” by continuously improving and developing services and all managed processes to determine customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Following the principle that “Quality products/services are provided with quality inputs,” we work in collaboration with all suppliers within the understanding of continuous improvement.

  • To meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard and applicable conditions and to continuously improve its effectiveness.
